MSS Network Academy – Membership Terms

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms apply to MSS Network Academy memberships bought through mssnetwork.com. MSS Network is operated by Pelonian Limited (trading as CTG Intelligence), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09659353), 113, 128 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4AU. Payments appear on your statement as "Pelonian Limited".

1. Membership types

Practitioner is for security and IT practitioners at MSPs, MSSPs and end-customer organisations. It is not available to people in sales, marketing, business development or alliance roles at solution providers (for example SaaS, IaaS, IAM, XDR or other security vendors), unless they work for an MSP or MSSP.

Solution Provider is for people at vendors and other solution providers. It gives viewing access only and does not include attendee lists, networking introductions or speaking opportunities.

If we reasonably believe a Practitioner membership has been bought by someone who should be on the Solution Provider plan, we will contact you. You can then either move to the correct plan or cancel and receive a full refund.

2. What's included

Membership gives access to the live virtual MSS Network forums and Scalable MSSP Summit sessions held during your membership. Practitioner membership also includes, where available, session recordings, CPE attendance certificates and a member discount on in-person events.

Event dates, speakers and formats can change. We may reschedule or cancel individual sessions. As long as your membership continues to give access to the wider programme, changes to individual sessions don't entitle you to a refund.

Membership is personal to you. Please don't share your access links, logins or recordings, or redistribute recordings.

CPE certificates confirm your attendance. Whether they count towards your CPE requirements is decided by your certifying body (for example ISC2 or ISACA), not by us.

3. Billing and renewal

  • Monthly memberships are charged every month on the date you joined. They renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Annual memberships (Practitioner and Solution Provider) are charged once a year. They renew automatically each year until you cancel. We will email you a reminder before each annual renewal.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.

If we change our prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal link in your Stripe receipt emails, or by emailing info@ctgintelligence.com.

When you cancel, your membership will not renew. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

14-day cooling-off period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund you in full, unless you have already attended a live session or accessed recordings. In that case we may deduct a fair amount for what you have used.

After 14 days. Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future payments.

Annual renewals. If you forget to cancel and contact us within 14 days of an annual renewal charge without having used the membership since, we will refund that renewal.

Solution Provider sponsorship credit. If you buy a sponsorship package from us within your membership year, the amount you paid for your Solution Provider membership will be credited against that package. The credit can't be exchanged for cash, carried into a later membership year or transferred to another company.

If we cancel your membership for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.

6. Conduct

Our events are professional forums. We may suspend or end a membership, without a refund, if a member harasses other participants, misuses attendee information, or uses sessions to prospect attendees in breach of these terms.

7. Liability

Content at our events is shared by speakers for general information. It is not professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Your data

We use your details to run your membership and send you event information. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
